2. Scope of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through our online store.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under Swedish or EU consumer protection law.
If you purchase on behalf of a company, organisation or business, consumer protection rules may not apply in the same way.
3. Products and product information
GoodSalla sells skincare, beauty and personal care products, including individual products, skincare routines, bundles and kits.
We aim to present product descriptions, prices, images, ingredients, sizes, stock status and availability as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, packaging updates, supplier changes or product reformulations.
Always check the product packaging, ingredient list, usage instructions, warnings and expiry information before using a product. Product information on the website should not replace the information provided on the product packaging.
4. Skincare advice, skin quiz and kit builder
Our skin quiz, concern pages, kit builder, product recommendations, routine suggestions and skincare content are provided for general cosmetic guidance only.
They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. They should not be used to treat medical conditions, severe acne, eczema, rosacea, infections, allergic reactions, wounds, burns or any other health concern.
If you have sensitive skin, allergies, a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription skincare, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
We recommend patch testing new skincare products before full use. Stop using a product if irritation, burning, swelling, rash or discomfort occurs.
5. Orders
You place an order by adding products to your cart and completing checkout.
Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking that your selected products, quantities, delivery address, billing details, contact details and payment method are correct.
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel or refund an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error
- Payment is not completed or is rejected
- Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
- Fraud, abuse or unauthorised activity is suspected
- We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
6. Prices, VAT and currency
All prices are displayed in SEK unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT where applicable, unless the checkout or product page clearly states otherwise.
Delivery costs, payment fees or other charges are shown before you complete your order.
We may update prices, campaigns, discounts and product availability at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.
7. Discounts, bundles and promotions
Discount codes, bundle prices, campaign offers and promotions are valid only according to the conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Discounts may be limited by time, product category, minimum order value, customer group, country, stock availability or other campaign rules.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, bundles, gift cards or automatic discounts.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct promotions that contain technical errors, pricing mistakes or misuse.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payment may be handled by external payment providers such as Klarna / Visa / MasterCard / PayPal / Google Pay / Apple Pay . These providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Your order may not be processed until payment has been approved.
We do not intentionally store full payment card details on our website.
9. Delivery
We deliver to EU countries .
Available delivery options, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
We may use delivery partners such as PostNord and other shipping providers.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, customs, high order volume, incorrect address information or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, phone number and email address. If delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, you may be responsible for additional shipping or handling costs.
10. Service points, parcel lockers and collection
Where service point or parcel locker delivery is available, you may be required to select a service point or parcel locker at checkout.
You are responsible for collecting your parcel within the carrier’s stated collection period.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge you reasonable direct costs caused by the uncollected parcel, such as return shipping, handling or carrier fees. This does not limit your legal right of withdrawal or your statutory rights.
11. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For physical goods, the withdrawal period normally starts on the day after you receive or collect the product. If an order is delivered in several parts, the period normally starts on the day after you receive or collect the last item.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within the withdrawal period that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You can contact us at:
Email: returns@goodsalla.com
Please include your name, order number, email address used for the order, and the product or products you wish to return.
12. Return condition for withdrawal
When using your right of withdrawal, you must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to withdraw.
You are responsible for packaging the return safely.
You may inspect the product in the same way you would normally inspect it in a physical store. If you handle the product more than necessary and this reduces its value, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
For skincare, cosmetics and personal care products, products must normally be returned unused, unopened and with any original seal, hygiene seal, safety seal and packaging intact.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics, skincare or personal care products may not be returnable under the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken, removed or opened after delivery.
This does not affect your right to complain about faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
13. Return shipping costs
Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning products when using the right of withdrawal.
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly delivered or covered by an approved complaint, we will handle the return according to applicable consumer law.
14. Refunds
If you use your right of withdrawal correctly, we will refund the payment received for the returned product.
We may also refund the standard delivery cost you paid for the order where required by law. Additional delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option may not be refunded.
We will normally issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is agreed.
We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back.
15. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges unless expressly stated.
If you want a different product, size, routine or bundle, please contact us. In many cases, the easiest solution is to return the original product according to these Terms and place a new order.
16. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a product is faulty, damaged during delivery, incorrect, missing, or does not match the order confirmation, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging and shipping label, where relevant
In Sweden, consumers have the right to complain about faulty goods within 3 years from purchase. You should complain within a reasonable time after noticing the fault.
If your complaint is approved, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy required by applicable law.
17. Allergic reactions and product suitability
Skincare results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that a product will suit every customer or produce a specific cosmetic result.
An allergic reaction, irritation or incompatibility does not automatically mean the product is faulty.
If you experience a reaction, stop using the product immediately. For serious symptoms, seek medical advice.
Please contact us if you believe a product is defective, contaminated, incorrectly labelled or unsafe.
18. Product availability and stock
Products are sold subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you or refund the unavailable item.
We may limit quantities, remove products, replace bundles, update product pages or discontinue products at any time.
19. Accounts
You may be able to create a customer account on our website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring that your account information is accurate.
You must not use another person’s account or provide false information.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, spam, misuse of promotions, security threats or violation of these Terms.
20. Reviews and user content
If you submit a product review, comment, quiz response, feedback or other content, you must ensure that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
You must not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, fake, copied, unlawful, medically unsafe or includes private information about another person.
We may moderate, refuse or remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

23. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for providing products and services according to applicable law.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of data or losses caused by misuse of products, incorrect information provided by you, carrier delays, third-party service failures or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
24. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, customs delays, supplier shortages, technical outages, cyberattacks, authority decisions or changes in law.
If such an event affects your order, we will try to inform you and find a reasonable solution.
25. Personal data
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect personal data.
26. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with your order or our handling of your case, please contact us first at returns@goodsalla.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve the dispute, Swedish consumers may be able to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN.
ARN provides alternative dispute resolution for many consumer disputes. ARN decisions are recommendations.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is no longer available.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. These Terms do not remove those rights.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version that applies to your order is the version published on the website at the time you place the order, unless a change is required by law or authority decision.
